Kaizen is hiring a senior full-stack engineer to architect and ship AI-native government software, including intelligent intake flows, constituent assistants, automated case routing, and agency operator dashboards. The role works with Palantir Foundry, AIP agents, and Maven Smart System, sets technical direction, mentors engineers, and owns platform reliability at government scale.
