Description
Latent AI is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build and operate a production, AI-powered customer support platform that combines an LLM support agent with a real-time operations and human-review web application. The role owns features end to end, including frontend, backend, data, agent runtime, client integrations, deployment, production health, and debugging. It requires strong React and TypeScript expertise, Python production experience, third-party API and webhook integration experience, and experience owning production systems. The position is full-time and remote/hybrid, with offices in Tel Aviv.
