Description
Metriport is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build and scale its healthcare data-exchange platform. The role focuses on low-latency, event-based integrations, public APIs, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, observability, security, and end-to-end project delivery. The engineer will also mentor other engineers, improve developer experience and CI/CD, and participate in on-call rotation. The position requires at least six years of full-stack experience with a back-end focus, experience scaling cloud platforms, and experience mentoring engineers; it is based in San Francisco or the Bay Area or requires relocation.
