Description
Mill is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer as an individual contributor technical leadership role reporting to the Director of Software Engineering. The engineer will lead the technical design and delivery of full-stack web applications, develop APIs and user interfaces, mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and support testing, CI/CD, deployment, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. The role requires at least five years of full-stack software development experience, modern frontend and backend expertise, cloud and database knowledge, and fluency with AI-assisted development tools. The estimated base salary is $185,000 to $210,000, excluding benefits and potential equity.
