Description

Ombud is hiring a senior full-stack engineer to build its agentic AI platform, Ombuddy Native. The role owns production agent orchestration, tool design, multi-step reasoning workflows, RAG and CAG architectures, LLM integrations, evaluation pipelines, self-service infrastructure, and full-stack feature delivery across Python, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch. The engineer will also handle production operations, code review, and technical mentorship, reporting directly to the CEO and working in-office in Denver on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
