Pavago is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer for a fully remote, full-time role to architect, build, and scale a tax filing platform from the ground up. The position emphasizes ownership across backend, frontend, architecture, testing, security, and deployment, with heavy use of AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and Claude Code. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full stack software engineering experience, strong Python/FastAPI and modern JavaScript framework skills, experience with REST APIs, PostgreSQL, integrations, and automated testing, plus excellent English communication and a focus on scalability, maintainability, and code quality.
