Serko is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own end-to-end development of its next-generation AI products for candidates available in Washington or California. The role combines React/Next.js frontends with Python or Node.js backends, integrates LLM APIs and agentic frameworks, maintains REST or GraphQL APIs, writes tests, participates in on-call support, and contributes to architectural discussions. Candidates should have full-stack and AI development experience, TypeScript, SQL, cloud, database, and real-time UX knowledge, with familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, vector search, or RAG preferred. The position offers a base salary of $152,000–$230,000 USD annually, medical benefits, a discretionary incentive plan, flexible work, and development opportunities; visa sponsorship is not available.
