Description
Speak is hiring a senior full-stack engineer to serve as the hands-on technical lead for Discovery, the pod responsible for helping learners and small teams discover, evaluate, purchase, and start using Speak. The role owns the technical direction and execution across web acquisition and purchase journeys, including authentication, checkout, billing, provisioning, measurement, and cross-repository integrations. The engineer will work primarily in TypeScript across Next.js/React, Node.js, and Postgres, lead architecture and implementation, partner with product, design, analytics, Marketing, Sales, and engineering teams, and mentor engineers while maintaining high standards for reliability, security, observability, performance, and safe rollouts.
