XO Health is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer in India for a remote role focused on building and maintaining full-stack applications for a healthcare insurance platform. The engineer will work across design, development, testing, documentation, and analysis using .NET, Angular, GraphQL, microservices, and serverless cloud architectures on AWS and Azure, while ensuring security, HIPAA compliance, scalability, and performance. The role requires at least 8 years of full-stack software development experience, a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, and experience with databases, cloud platforms, Agile/DevOps practices, and healthcare domain work; knowledge of AI-assisted development tools and mobile development is a bonus.
