Marsh is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Generative AI to design, build, and operate enterprise-grade AI-enabled web applications. The role combines full-stack development, API engineering, cloud operations, and production LLM integration, including RAG, AI agents, and workflow systems. It is based in Cluj and requires at least three days per week in the office. The position seeks a senior individual contributor with 6+ years of software engineering experience, including production systems, and 2+ years of hands-on LLM experience.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including building and operating production systems
2+ years of hands-on experience working with Large Language Models in applied or production contexts

Experience working in Agile delivery teams and collaborating across disciplines
Preferred Qualifications: Experience designing or implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems
