Description
Hopper is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to anchor its HTS Assist agentic AI travel assistant. The role owns the voice and chat product end to end, including telephony and CPaaS integrations, speech-to-text and text-to-speech pipelines, real-time model orchestration, React/TypeScript front ends, Scala and Python services, and GCP infrastructure. Responsibilities include multi-tenant scalability, safety and compliance features, observability, incident response, partner platform capabilities, and engineering mentorship. The role requires at least six years of software engineering experience, hands-on real-time systems experience, modern front-end and backend expertise, cloud infrastructure experience, and an operable-systems mindset.
