Description
Hopper is hiring a senior full stack engineer to lead HTS Assist, an agentic AI assistant for travel that resolves flight changes, cancellations, refunds, and bookings through chat and voice. The role owns the voice and real-time layer, including telephony and CPaaS integrations, speech recognition and synthesis, real-time model orchestration, latency and quality budgets, React/TypeScript front ends, Scala and Python services, GCP infrastructure, multi-tenant architecture, safety and compliance mechanisms, observability, incident management, and platform capabilities for partner integrations. The position requires at least six years of software engineering experience, strong full-stack and real-time systems expertise, and is remote.
