Forter is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer II for its Customer Experience Offerings team to own complex, cross-system initiatives across backend, frontend, and data systems. The role involves setting architectural and code-quality standards, leading design reviews, improving system scale and stability, partnering with customers and product teams, and mentoring engineers. Candidates need 7+ years of software engineering experience, deep full-stack expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, React, and Next.js, experience with high-scale data systems and modern data technologies, and familiarity with cloud-native environments and Agentic AI. The position follows a hybrid model with office attendance at least three days per week for team members near key hubs.
