Description
The Technical Lead for Internal Tools will own architecture, quality, engineering standards, and technical direction for internal tools, while also delivering hands-on front-end and back-end development. The role applies recommendation, ranking, search, and AI-collaborative development techniques; builds reusable components and tooling; reduces technical debt; partners with security and data science; and mentors engineers. It requires 5+ years of software experience, strong system design and architecture skills, extensive JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js experience, advanced React skills, database experience, and a track record of mentoring engineers.
