Pearl is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer in its Machine Learning department to build and scale AI-enabled product capabilities, including personalization, intake experiences, LLM and AI-agent features, and self-optimization workflows. The role is backend-heavy but includes frontend development, production-quality coding, testing, specification-driven engineering, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need at least five years of full-stack software engineering experience, strong C# and .NET skills, frontend knowledge including React, AI and LLM integration experience, SQL, and testing expertise.
