Citi is hiring a full-time Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst in Jersey City, New Jersey, to lead the design, development, testing, architecture, and production support of Prime Brokerage technology components. The role provides technical leadership to an agile development team, coaches mid-level developers and analysts, manages project and technical risks, and improves software delivery through CI/CD, automated testing, DORA metrics, and post-mortem processes. React, Angular, and test-driven development are essential, while experience with additional application, cloud, messaging, database, and observability technologies is advantageous. The position requires 6–10 years of relevant applications development or systems analysis experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and offers a salary range of $142,320 to $213,480.
