Salesforce is hiring a Senior Member of Technical Staff (SMTS) for its Monitoring Cloud Infrastructure team. The role owns and productizes monitoring infrastructure across AWS and GCP, using Terraform and Kubernetes to automate deployments, manage upgrades, and support secure air-gapped environments. Responsibilities include infrastructure automation, operational excellence, on-call response, root-cause analysis, customer support, and AI-assisted development. The position is available in Bellevue, Seattle, San Francisco, or Palo Alto, with hybrid or on-site work, and offers a base salary of $148,500 to $223,900 annually, with higher ranges in select San Francisco and New York City metropolitan areas.
