Antai Ventures is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join the founding team of a B2B SaaS company building workforce-management software for service companies. The role owns product research, specifications, backend systems, APIs, data models, worker-facing mobile experiences, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, integrations, reliability, and observability. It is a full-time hybrid position in Barcelona with €50–70K plus equity, requiring strong engineering fundamentals, TypeScript, SQL, modern web frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and AI-augmented development.

Additional Information
