Description
Vialto is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and operate secure, scalable products for Compensation Collection, Shadow Payroll, and Equity offerings. The role involves full-stack development across Next.js, React, TypeScript, C#, .NET, and Microsoft Azure; end-to-end feature ownership; production operations; secure and regulated-system development; AI-assisted and agentic development; and technical leadership. Candidates need at least five years of enterprise software development experience, a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, and experience with regulated or compliance-oriented environments.
