Proximity is hiring a Full Stack Engineer for its Subscriptions and Payments engineering team to build Fire TV in-app purchase, subscription, entitlement, and payment-integration systems. The role involves designing and maintaining scalable Java and React-based applications, REST APIs and microservices, distributed-system reliability, high-concurrency performance, observability, and production debugging. It requires 7+ years of software engineering experience, strong system-design and architecture experience, and is a six-month contractual role.
