BADER is hiring a (Senior) Full Stack Software Developer & AI in Pforzheim to independently develop software solutions, build machine-learning models and LLM pipelines, automate processes, integrate AI applications, and make technical architecture decisions. The role requires a completed MINT degree or comparable qualification, relevant software development experience, Python proficiency, web-application and microservices experience, database knowledge, and fluent German at least at C1 level.
