Concept Plus is hiring a Senior Full Stack Software Developer for a fully onsite contract in Reston, Virginia, requiring five days per week. The role supports a team of Data, Cloud, and Security engineers building a cloud-native, centralized platform for end-to-end budget traceability. Required qualifications include U.S. citizenship, an active TS/SCI with full-scope poly clearance, extensive software development experience across the full lifecycle, cloud-native and Oracle technologies, middleware migration experience, RDBMS expertise, and at least eight years of relevant experience. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
