H&M is hiring a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer for its Store Performance team to design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications and services, contribute to architecture and technical roadmaps, improve platform reliability and observability, and mentor engineers. The role requires at least five years of software engineering experience, strong full-stack development skills, experience with React, TypeScript, APIs, cloud platforms, CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring, and an interest in AI and emerging technologies. It is a full-time permanent hybrid position based in the office in Stockholm, Sweden.
