Johnson Controls International is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its AI Engineering team in a Cork-based hybrid role requiring office attendance three days per week. The position is a hands-on full-stack role focused on building secure, scalable enterprise applications that integrate generative AI, RAG, agentic workflows, and other AI services. Responsibilities include developing Blazor and React front ends, C#/.NET and Python back-end services, REST APIs, AI integrations, testing, CI/CD, Azure deployment, observability, and technical leadership. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least five years of professional software engineering experience, and demonstrated senior ownership of production applications.
