Decisiv is hiring a remote Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to own end-to-end features for its Service Relationship Management platform, including database, API, and front-end layers. The role focuses on systems thinking, platform reliability, developer productivity, legacy modernization, durable integrations, cross-functional collaboration, documentation, mentoring, and on-call participation. Candidates need a BS/BA or equivalent experience, at least six years building production web applications, including three years with Ruby on Rails, along with strong Rails, database, API, front-end, cloud, DevOps, and testing experience. The position requires 5% travel and residence in the United States, and Decisiv does not sponsor work visas.
