QAD | Redzone is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its ChampionAI core platform team. The role owns the design, development, architecture, deployment, debugging, and evaluation of enterprise-scale AI agents and multi-agent infrastructure, including the MCP tool server. Responsibilities include leading feature development, architectural reviews, engineering standards, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration with DevOps, Cloud, and business-unit teams. The position requires at least five years of enterprise SaaS software development experience, with Python, Golang, cloud-native AI systems, MCP, agent architectures, and related technologies.
