Description
Mill is hiring a Senior Full Stack Tech Lead to serve as an individual contributor technical leader reporting to the Director of Software Engineering. The role owns the technical direction and delivery of full-stack web projects, develops scalable and secure solutions, partners with product management, mentors engineers, and champions testing, CI/CD, deployment, performance, and troubleshooting. The position requires at least six years of full-stack software development experience, modern frontend and backend expertise, cloud and database knowledge, and fluency with AI-assisted development workflows. The estimated base salary is $210,000 to $250,000, excluding benefits and potential equity.
