Description
DaCodes is hiring a Senior Full Stack Technical Lead to work on-site in Cancún, Quintana Roo. The role combines hands-on full-stack development with technical leadership, including guiding developers, participating in scalable application design, making architectural decisions, leading code reviews and technical refinements, mentoring developers, resolving complex technical issues, and supporting CI/CD, testing, deployment, monitoring, and reliability. The position requires at least five years of software development experience, full-stack development experience, technical leadership experience, and knowledge of modern frontend and backend technologies; it is 100% onsite with a Monday-to-Friday schedule and two Saturdays per month.
