Description
Questrade is hiring a Senior Fullstack API Engineer for its API Platform team to own the developer experience and lifecycle of external developer and partner APIs. The role covers frontend and backend developer portals, sandbox environments, SDKs, API documentation, Apigee-based API proxies and policies, Model Context Protocol servers, authentication and authorization, rate limiting, and API versioning. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of software engineering experience, and expertise in modern frontend frameworks, backend languages, REST, GraphQL, OpenAPI/Swagger, Apigee, and OAuth 2.0/OIDC. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with at least three days in the office and a base salary of $110,000–$140,000 plus benefits and a bonus program.
