Thrillworks is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer focused on front-end development to report to the Technical Director. The role leads the architecture, design, and development of complex applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript, while also owning Node.js APIs, data modeling, authentication, and SQL/NoSQL databases. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients and product stakeholders, mentoring junior and mid-level engineers, driving modern development practices, ensuring application performance and security, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting complex issues, and communicating technical progress. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, at least five years of front-end or full-stack experience, two years of backend experience, and at least three years in a digital agency environment.
