The Senior Fullstack Developer (.NET + React) will develop modern financial-services solutions with approximately 70% backend and 30% frontend work. Responsibilities include C#/.NET and React development, legacy-code analysis, solution architecture, debugging, profiling, performance analysis, T-SQL database work, and collaboration in a Scrum environment. The role requires at least five years of commercial .NET development and three years of commercial React development, offers a flexible hybrid model with one day per week in Warsaw or Gdańsk, and provides a long-term B2B contract with a stable project pipeline.
