Commure is hiring a full-stack software engineer for its AI Orchestration team to design and build systems for a large community-care organization’s revenue-cycle operations. The role involves end-to-end product and technical ownership, data ingestion pipelines, full-stack application development, LLM-powered operational systems, customer-facing requirements translation, production on-call work, and code review. Candidates need at least four years of professional software engineering experience, production LLM or AI experience, strong full-stack skills across Python, FastAPI, AWS, Redis, and React, and strong stakeholder communication; prior healthcare experience is not required.
