Description

Commure is hiring a Full-Stack Product Engineer to build end-to-end experiences for its ambient AI healthcare platform. The role covers mobile and web applications, backend services, APIs, data models, AI-powered workflows, real-time transcription, agentic actions, offline experiences, and product quality. The engineer will partner with clinicians, product, design, backend, data, and AI teams, own user-facing product experiences, and mentor other engineers. The position requires at least four years of professional software development experience, strong full-stack and product engineering judgment, and experience shipping polished user-facing applications.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 4 years of professional software development experience with significant ownership of user-facing products or features
Experience building applications across mobile or web clients, backend services, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure
Experience taking ambiguous product ideas through technical design, implementation, launch, and iteration
Experience building polished frontend experiences with a modern mobile or web framework
Experience designing and operating backend services, APIs, and data models in production
Experience collaborating closely with product, design, backend, data, or AI teams
Preferred Qualifications: Experience building AI-native, conversational, agentic, or real-time product experiences
Experience with Flutter and Dart or another cross-platform mobile framework
Experience building modern web applications with JavaScript or TypeScript
Experience integrating large language models, transcription systems, or other machine-learning services into production products
Experience with audio or video capture, streaming, transcription, or long-running media workflows
Experience with offline-first applications, background sync, resilient local persistence, or conflict handling
Experience designing event-driven systems, asynchronous workflows, or real-time data pipelines
Familiarity with product analytics, experimentation, and measuring feature adoption or usability
Experience with performance optimization, observability, CI/CD, and release automation
Native iOS or Android experience when platform-specific capabilities are needed
Exposure to healthcare, HIPAA, SOC 2, privacy, security, or other regulated environments
Experience with Chrome extensions or workflows spanning mobile, browser, and web applications
