Description
Aidn is hiring a Senior Fullstack Engineer to design and implement end-to-end features for healthcare software, keep backend and frontend services aligned, refactor, establish best practices, and own operational support. The role works with product managers and designers in a small cross-functional team, with work locations in Oslo, Bergen, or anywhere in Norway, and a salary of 1–1.2 million NOK per year. The preferred technology stack is PostgreSQL, C# .NET, React, Next.js, and TypeScript, with experience in greenfield SaaS products, product-led startups, architectural trade-offs, and strong communication.
