Description
Alpaca is hiring a Senior Fullstack Engineer to embed in brokerage operations and eliminate manual work through durable, auditable software systems. The role involves observing and documenting operational workflows, building production automations and user-facing tools, partnering with frontend and platform engineers, measuring operational impact, and owning the full lifecycle of systems including CI/CD, monitoring, on-call support, and incident response. The position requires at least five years of professional software engineering experience, strong Golang expertise, end-to-end TypeScript/React development, SQL and relational database knowledge, and experience with observability and distributed systems.
