Description
Clara is hiring a Senior Fullstack Engineer for its Integrations team to design, build, and maintain backend integrations, pipelines, APIs, and observability services connecting financial platforms with ERPs, banks, payment processors, and enterprise systems across Latin America. The role also owns frontend interfaces, uses AI tools throughout development, mentors junior and mid-level engineers, and collaborates with Product, Design, and Data. Candidates need at least five years of backend software development experience, including one to two years of full-stack work, with Java/Spring Boot and React proficiency, strong architecture and communication skills, and working English. The position is remote and follows a flexible hybrid work model.
