Clarium is hiring a Senior Fullstack Engineer to design, build, and maintain end-to-end features across its React/TypeScript frontend and Python/FastAPI backend for hospital supply-chain software. The role owns features from concept through production, collaborates with product managers and customers, and contributes to architecture and code reviews. It requires at least five years of relevant experience, strong Python, RESTful API, React, TypeScript, and SQL experience, with FastAPI, AWS, and healthtech experience preferred. The position is fully remote with a New York City co-working space available, offers a $140,000–$190,000 base salary range, equity, and medical, vision, and dental benefits.
