Colossyan is hiring a Fullstack Engineer to lead the development and optimization of user-facing features in its web applications. The role focuses on building and maintaining front-end code with Next.js, React, and TypeScript; implementing full features across frontend, backend, and databases; optimizing performance and scalability; conducting code reviews; improving testing infrastructure; and mentoring junior developers. The engineer will also collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and product managers, propose architectural improvements, and lead complex initiatives.
