LangChain is hiring a Senior Fullstack Engineer to build foundational growth and monetization systems for its developer platform. The role involves leading full-stack projects across React, TypeScript, Python, and Go; creating onboarding, self-serve upgrade, and usage-dashboard interfaces; running client-side A/B tests and feature flags; implementing event tracking and behavioral analytics; and building upgrade triggers, usage notifications, and personalized experiences. The position is in person five days per week in New York City and offers a base salary of $175,000-$240,000 USD plus variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
