Description
Observador is hiring a Senior FullStack Engineer to technically lead the evolution of its web stack. The role involves leading high-impact web initiatives, designing and implementing critical features, defining long-term architecture, improving code quality and testing, establishing observability, participating in on-call rotations, leading post-mortems, and coordinating with engineering leadership. The position requires at least five years of web development experience, technical leadership or principal contributor experience, API knowledge, web performance and rendering expertise, and observability experience. It offers a permanent contract, health insurance, a hybrid arrangement with one office visit per month, and vacation time.
