Staffbase is hiring a Senior Fullstack Engineer to build custom customer-facing solutions, widgets, plugins, and integrations for its employee communications platform. The role owns solutions from technical design through implementation, testing, release, and stakeholder validation; builds across React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, Kotlin, Go, Java, and related backend systems; and mentors mid-level engineers while establishing engineering standards in a cross-functional agile team. The position requires at least five years of fullstack experience, strong frontend and backend skills, stakeholder communication, quality-focused development, and fluent English and German.
