SCAYLE is hiring a full-stack Ruby on Rails engineer to join its early-stage SCAYLE Studios business. The role owns features across the full stack, builds core product features, and shapes cloud infrastructure, deployment tooling, CI/CD, media-processing pipelines, asynchronous workflows, monitoring, logging, tracing, and agentic engineering. Candidates need a proven track record shipping web products, deep Ruby on Rails experience, strong asynchronous and high-throughput systems knowledge, production ownership, and security awareness.
