SCAYLE is hiring a senior Ruby on Rails engineer to own features across the full technology stack for its AI-based B2B product, SCAYLE Studios. The role involves developing core product features, cloud infrastructure, deployment and CI/CD environments, media-processing pipelines, asynchronous workflows, monitoring, logging, tracing, and agentic software development. Candidates need several years of experience building web products, deep Ruby on Rails experience, asynchronous systems expertise, production ownership, and familiarity with security and infrastructure-as-code practices.
