The role requires 6+ years of relevant experience, including 6–9 years in software product development with full-stack development using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and SQL, plus 4–6 years as a technical lead. The position also requires experience working with multidisciplinary, multicultural teams and expertise in web application development, cloud technology, and SDLC practices and tools; familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework and Agile ways of working is preferred.
