UMO is hiring a Payments Team Lead to lead and mentor a full-stack engineering squad while remaining hands-on with high-concurrency payment flows. The role owns Go-based payment microservices, banking and crypto rails, transactional pipelines, ledger consistency, deployment operations, and secure production features. Candidates should have at least five years of senior engineering experience, strong Go backend expertise, payments and transaction-processing knowledge, and experience in regulated or fintech environments. The position is based in Lisbon, Dubai, Kyiv, or Lviv, with remote work possible for the right fit.
