UMO is hiring a full-time Team Lead to lead full-stack engineering for its back-office and compliance platform. The role owns squad leadership, internal admin and ops tools, RBAC and audit flows, BFF integrations, state management, component libraries, and containerized infrastructure using PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, and Flux. Candidates should be senior engineers with at least five years of experience, strong JavaScript, React, and TypeScript expertise, prior internal-tooling experience, and professional English fluency. The role is based in Lisbon, Dubai, Kyiv, or Lviv, with remote work possible for the right fit.
