The role owns the design and implementation of scalable fullstack applications, leads and mentors developers, develops Java backend services and React user interfaces, establishes coding standards and architectural patterns, manages databases and CI/CD pipelines, participates in hiring, and drives code quality. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least 7 years of professional software development experience, and experience with Java, React, technical leadership, software architecture, REST APIs, microservices, databases, and Agile or Scrum.
