Semble is hiring a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer for its Ecosystem Experience team, responsible for end-to-end integrations between Semble and external healthcare systems such as labs, pharmacies, partner APIs, webhooks, HL7, SFTP, and iPaaS platforms. The role works across React, Node.js, GraphQL, MongoDB, TypeScript, and a Yarn/Nx monorepo, with ownership of production reliability, incident response, security, testing, CI/CD, architecture, and mentoring. It is fully remote in the United Kingdom and European Union, with occasional travel to London or Paris, and offers a £70,000–90,000 package plus health insurance and flexible work arrangements.
