Description
Pennylane is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to lead significant technical deliveries within a squad, build reliable and scalable accounting and financial software, resolve complex production issues, improve engineering practices, and mentor other engineers. The role requires strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and React, at least 7–8 years of experience, and strong product, business, communication, and problem-solving skills. It is remote from anywhere in Europe within two hours of CET, with European-based employees in France receiving a French contract and additional benefits.
