The role involves translating complex business needs into functional requirements, designing scalable GRP solutions aligned with government reform programs, and collaborating with various internal teams. Key responsibilities include functional design, governance and analysis of PFM processes, quality assurance support, continuous improvement initiatives, cross-team collaboration, and effective communication with stakeholders.
